Resolutions - January update

I have started well :-)
1. Use NOOM for a year to lose weight gradually - good start, learning lots, lost 3kg!!
3. Run each day (or walk / yoga etc): Yes, i have exercised most days
3. Blog once a week: Yep, 9 blog this month
