My 2020 according to Daylio

I love my Daylio app and have been tracking my moods and activities since 3rd July 2018, when I put on the brakes and asked for help - that day was Sad/Anxious and the oneliner said "signed off work"
Just taking 2 minutes at the end of the day to log my emotional state and the things I did that day is really helpful in "closing out" that day and reflecting on it.

And I LOVE the fact that they crunch the numbers for you and send some pretty interesting stats for the year just gone. So I give you my 2020 in Daylio Stats....
