2021 Resolutions - Simplify to the max....

I am simplifying further! My Main goal is to lose weight - I am at my absolute heaviest - 103kg..... Heavier than just before giving birth. Losing weight will help  me manage my menopause symptoms and will boost my energy, mood, ability to exercise etc.
Running or walking regularly helps me find my headspace.
For my mental health, I know that blogging regularly helps. I don't need a goal for reading this year :-)

I know what what makes me happy and health, I just have to DO IT!

1. Use NOOM for a year to lose weight gradually
3. Run each day (or walk / yoga etc)
3. Blog once a week
and I will log monthly on progress
