Running again!

I've been trying to do some exercise this week and I've found a new running route on the Uetliberg. Instead of walking all the way up (very steep) and then running down, I've discovered that I can walk up part way, then cut across the mountain, before descending and running back along footpaths. I'm going to try and do this 3 times a week....

Time: 54 minutes
Warm up: Steep Walk 16 minutes
Run: 3 minutes run x 1 minute walk (x 9)
