I need to simplify my resolutions and give myself a chance for success. My main goal has to be lose weight - which will help my energy, mood, ability to exercise etc. For my mental health, I know that blogging regularly and reading helps. I also need to take my time off from work, to give myself some time for me, which will help me care for my family :-) No more being a martyr at work.
1. Log my food with the SHYE coach app 2. No Drinking at home, option to have a drink if I am out with others 3. Exercise each day - run / walk / yoga / physio exercises / 7min Workout 4. Blog once a week at least 5. Read 100 books 6. Take the Neil Gaiman Masterclass
