2017 Resolutions

This year is about BEING KIND and BEING HELEN!

What do I need? I need to learn to brake, rather than break...
I need....

2 big resolutions:
*Run 1000km in 2017 (that's less than 3km a day)
*Lose 20kg in 2017 (that's less than 0.5kg a week)

I will check in here monthly with progress updates, but am not setting myself targets for the blogs and the books - they will look after themselves.

I shall look forward to them - I'm attempting 1000 miles this year, counting indoor and outdoor miles, which might make it possible, as I still refuse to believe that running is now my "main sport"
