Resolution Update - November

Summer into autumn didn't get any easier - but i have made progress on some of my resolutions. I have learnt that it is up to me to carve out time to do the things that give me balance - reading, writing, running. If I tell myself this enough, will I learn it?

Summary
2016 Resolution = Lose 20kg in 2016
*Lose 20kg in 2016 - Have joined Slimming World online and have lost 3kg - working on this! Have cut out alcohol :-)
*100 Books in 2016 - 50 so far :-)
*100 Blogs in 2016 - 78 so far :-)
*100 Runs in 2016 - 20 so far :-(
*100 Gym visits in 2016 - 3 so far :-(
