Study Candle

Following some very helpful hints from semioticghosts, I am going to start using two methods to get me working.

1. Study Candle. You lit it and start working. When you stop work, or start faffing, you blow it out. Goal? To get that candle burnt down :-) Plus it’s a lovely shiny gold star which should inspire me and remind me that I’m a “bright shiny star” (A’s nickname for me!)
