* Visit by "south africa sal" (best mate who is training for comrades double marathon in 2015 and is my running inspiration - *waves to Sal!*
* Feeling more energetic because I am eating better
* want to run a half marathon next Spring (location to be decided!) as part of my @40 challenge
* Reading the 20th anniversary edition of runners world (thanks to it being donated to by my Sal!) & getting some good ideas
And so I have been getting my running legs back. The last 2 weeks I have been doing some brisk walking for an hour. Today I did my 7km circuit in 1 hour, 2 mins walking, 2 mins running and I got home feeling pretty good.
