...and I am officially annoyed now! I met all my steps target this week, even went running three times. How can I have put on weight? Need to focus again on portion sizes I think. Anyway, am proud of myself for doing so well with the walking /running and I remind myself that I am in this for the long haul. Plus, I do feel better now that I am getting more exercise. I have more energy and feel more in control of things. +0.3 kg / overall -2.9 kg Start weight: 81.8 kg End weight: 82.1 kg
