Weight Update - 0.3 kg gained :-/

...and I am officially annoyed now! I met all my steps target this week, even went running three times. How can I have put on weight? Need to focus again on portion sizes I think. Anyway, am proud of myself for doing so well with the walking /running and I remind myself that I am in this for the long haul. Plus, I do feel better now that I am getting more exercise. I have more energy and feel more in control of things.
+0.3 kg / overall -2.9 kg
Start weight: 81.8 kg
End weight: 82.1 kg

How I did
10700 total steps / 4700 aerobic steps / 1500 cal per day
Very proud of myself - look at all those pink targets each day!

Next Week
Track food eaten
new goals - 10700 total steps / 5500 aerobic / 1500 cal per day

Vielleicht hast Du auch einfach durch den Mehr-Sport an Muskelmasse zugenommen!? Dann wäre das doch ein super Erfolg. Keep going ;-) Katha

0.3kg could just be a full bladder ... don't be too harsh on yourself.

I'm being weighed fortnightly by my GP at the moment and the record so far is down a kilo, down half a kilo, up half a kilo, down half a kilo, down 3 kilos ... so weight doesn't come off linearly!
