Patrick and his birthday cake, birthday tshirt and toy!

Birthday boy
Yes, I admit it, there is a little bit of the overachiever in me, but I do like making things for the kids. My childhood memories are full of the awesome birthday cakes Mum made us and to me this is part of the job! My baking /icing/kitchen skills are reaching their limit, but must admit that I was quite proud of my creativeness this time round.

Patrick's favourite today is a small orange fox, so I created a fox tshirt and fox cake. Massive sponge cake, apricot jam, patchwork skills with organge, blue and white roll out icing, an outline icing pen in brown, et voila! The tshirt was easy in comparison.

More photos to follow, but fun party was had by all...
