I am 2 stone overweight, have 2 boys, get on with it!

Tonight I went on my first run in preparation for the 10K Greifenseelauf on 22nd September. I am facing facts. Yes, I have 2 stone to lose, I have 2 gorgeous boys and I run slowly - get over it Helen :-)

This evening was perfect weather, drizzly, coolish. I ran slowly but steadily and it took me 17 songs :-)
