Reasons to be grateful

Right, I reckon I can take 3 mins each day to blog and focus on 3 positive things, instead of being stuck in my head, which is tired and stressed and worries constantly about everything!

- Meeting my friend jill for drinks and supper and a gossip after work
- Birthday present from said friend - My new tea mug with lid, to keep my tea warm (she read this tweet of mine! twitter.com/nice_cup_of_tea/status/197265072110841856
- The smell of a Zürich summer evening after the thunderstorm and torrential rain- fresh and warm somehow....

What a good idea and bet it helps you feel better. I will try to count my blessings too - I'm so tired today from not sleeping well but I CAN cope with that if other people can cope with the amount you have to do!
