We did battle at lunch time. All he had to eat was a small cheese and ham toastie, some organge juice and a yoghurt. We settled in for an epic battle.

He sat on my lap, wriggled, wouldn't eat, was pt down on the floor. We discussed the problem. M lifted back up onto lap. Stalemate continues. Toddler has screaming kicking fit on floor. Mummy goes to other room and also has a small scream to release her frustration. Battle continues. Finally, M clear his plate and to celebrate we read "That's not my lion".

The afternoon wears slowly on. I love Mondays :-)
