Walk / Run (4:1) Sihl lap,19:36

Found time this afternoon (well almost evening!) to do my circuit again. It was dusk, but enough people still around on the river path to feel safe. And just long enough to get my heart rate up, blood pumping and when I got back, supper was on the table - perfect :-)
