Another friend recently told me that she thought I had lots of charisma when facilitating PWG meetings. Genuine feedback always makes me rethink my sometimes critical self assessment.
But anyway, this supermama had a lovely weekend with my best mate Sal who came to visit, photos below. No time to blog or do many jobs, but lots of time for gossiping and baby cuddling.
I enjoyed the break. Yesterday was a typically busy Monday, so also didn't have time to post. I am finding the 30 day personal challenge really helpful in getting me to focus day to day on what I am doing and how I am spending my time. Instead of logging my steps, I am going to commit to doing my personal training exercises each day. I need to get my stomach muscles back! My personal trainer also suggested 2 brisk daily walks of 20 minutes to start burning fat.
