October has been a much better month, mostly because I have had a week off work and have had time to myself :-)
I might not be writing daily, but I feel much more up to date with livejournal, twitter, facebook and twitter!
Hurrah! have done yoga twice this week and have found 2 classes I can attend regularly. Plus, have bought 2 yoga DVDs to use at home
Maintain food diary
Weight loss is going well, mostly because I was will for 4 days. But have had a few nice compliments that I am shrinking, so it's all good!
Work is a bit pants at the moment, but everything else seems okay!
