Week 4 | 10st 13.5lb | Oct 3rd




I maintained this week, so still 10 stone 13.5 (and importantly under that 11stone!) but didn’t do any exercise as I wasn’t feeling good. Will continue tracking this week and will try to walk/run each day. I would like to be more 'safely' under 11 stone next week!

Notes:
Whoops, lost the plot on Friday! Pizza, chocolate cake and wine, yummy but not as planned :-)
Redeemed myself on Sunday by a hard 4 hour skate which earned me 1600 calories!
