Week 4 | 10st 13.5lb | Oct 3rd

I maintained this week, so still 10 stone 13.5 (and importantly under that 11stone!) but didn’t do any exercise as I wasn’t feeling good. Will continue tracking this week and will try to walk/run each day. I would like to be more 'safely' under 11 stone next week!

Mon: 1324 + 398 = 1722 | 1502 | 220 :) | 10.8
Tues: 1324 + 398 = 1722 | 1763 | 41 :( | 4.2
Weds: 1324 + 398 = 1722 | 1448 | 274 :) | 4.2
Thurs: 1324 | 1377 | 53 :(
Fri: 1324 + 398 = 1722 | 2426 | 704 :(
Sat: 1324 + 398 = 1722 | 1708 | 14 :)
Sun: 1324 + 1653 = 2977 | 2387 | 590 :)
Weekly Net: 300 over :)

Notes:
Whoops, lost the plot on Friday! Pizza, chocolate cake and wine, yummy but not as planned :-)
Redeemed myself on Sunday by a hard 4 hour skate which earned me 1600 calories!
