Lost another pound, so am now safely under the 11 stone barrier :-) Will keep going this week as before, trying to do a long walk or some other exercise each day.

Tues - It's TOTM so I fear that I might eat a bit craply this week... today I've already succumbed to a chocolate croissant :-) Note to self: Never go shopping when it's TOTM, you'll wander around the supermarket in a daze, and then buy things like pizza and garlic bread in a carbohydrate craving frenzy!
