Week 2 | 11st 0.5lb | Sept 19th



Hurrah, well it paid off. I kept to my calories for each day, went for a long walk most days and I lost 2.5 pounds!! Just another pound and I’ll be under 11 stone, a major psychological boost :-) Aims for this week? Cut down on the red wine, keep going with the walking….

Mon: 1340 + 358 = 1688 | 1482 | 207 left :-)
Tues: 1330 + 97 = 1427 | 1679 | 252 over :-(
Weds: 1330 + 1675 = 1675 | 1566 | 108 left
Thurs: 1330 + 323 = 1653 | 1554 | 99 left
Fri: 1330 - stopped counting today, as we had a big night out! Big swiss meaty meal and lots of beer :-)
Sat: 1330 + 398 = 1728 | 2179 | 451 over :(
Sun: 1330 + 606 = 1935 | 1467 | 468 left
Weekly Net: 179 in credit!

Much better than last week! Wine is at number 6, beer well down, no other alcohol, but lots of fruit and veg!
