Tea Tales

Drink your tea slowly and reverently, as if it is the axis on which the world earth revolves –slowly, evenly, without rushing towards the future.
Thich Nhat Hanh

I like this quote, because it reminds us to enjoy and live in the present, mindfully. Don't reach or worry for tomorrow, or regret yesterday. Just sit and sip your nice cup of tea. And centre yourself. Wise advice indeed, which I should take to heart more often.

See all my tea tales here, being posted retrospectively to fill some lj gaps!
