This has been a strange month, it was a struggle to get back into the routine at work and I have had a few bouts of not feeling well. I have blogged or posted photos about 50% this month, but felt that something had to give. Here's to a more energy full February!
Maintain food diary on fitbug
Hmm, this hasn't really happened and my subscription has now run out. I need to renew it, or find some other way of logging food. In any case, I have been eating quite healthily for the main part!
Achieve my fitbug steps per day
I can't check at the moment, since my subscription has run out. But I was doing fairly well, hitting my targets 60% of the time or so.
Practice yoga once a week
Haven't yet got back to a studio, although I have found one midway between work and home. Will wait to feel well again and then start slowly.
Care for my relationships - reach out to two friends a month
Yes, I have certainly managed this!

I've done okay, but will see what I can improve in February. Perhaps I will finally break the yoga deadlock? :-)
