Why I love my job...

Today made me realise why I love my job.

I led the last in a series of one day trainings. The hotel we use for the conference facilities was as professional and helpful as ever. I had 4 internal experts who are specialists in their field and did a great job sharing their knowledge. My participants were engaged, asked lots of questions and networked with each other.

Participants and speakers gave me feedback about the day. I met my key client from my Wroclaw (Poland) project and caught up with him. Above all I realised that I am responsible for my projects, for learning opportunities for my clients, and that I make a difference, however small.
