Resolutions Update - October

Resolution Update October
This month has been okay, have really cut down on alcohol and caffeine. Work is manageable and it is all okay.

Watch alcohol intake
Have given up alcohol, but drank in Dublin

Practice yoga once a week
Nothing in Oct

Walk 10,000 steps a day
Am back logging my food and steps on fitbub, need to lose weight

Blog daily
Have enjoyed blogging this month :-)

Still in the orange zone and life is feeling a lot better at the moment...looking forward to the next pb steps in November
