Have made huge progress over the last few weeks. I have stopped drinking alcohol and stopped drinking caffeine (tea and coffee) and it hasn't been as hard as I thought. This hasn't shown up in weight loss yet, but I am still hopeful. Am really enjoying work at the moment and life actually feels good. Mr.ncot and I have a decision to make about project baby, but that's okay.

Have given up alcohol, drank a bit in London and Wroclaw, but that was okay.
Practice yoga once a week
have found another studio and will try to go at least once in October.
Walk 10,000 steps a day
Am back logging my food and steps on fitbub, need to lose weight
Have enjoyed blogging this month :-)
Have moved from the red to the orange zone and life is feeling a lot better at the moment...
