Playing games at work is great :-) Today I organised an afternoon of team building of one of my clients. I brought in an external firm called game solution ag.

The game played was called "The Lost Dutchman's Mine" and consisted of teams of 3 to 4 people who basically had to trade resources and information to get as much gold as possible. The photos shows some of the props. Everyone really got into it, wearing their team bandanas, etc.

The main learning point was that actually it should have been one big team game, but actually everybody just hoards their own information, to the detriment of the greater whole. Lots of good learning points there!

Today was one of those days when I really enjoy my job :-)
