Running in the cold and snow | 37.14 (5.47 km)

We had a smattering of snow overnight and running today was COLD and brisk. I had red, rosy cheeks! And yet there are the first signs of spring, little green buds on the trees. I ran slowly but steadily today and didn't have any walking breaks, just 2 pauses to get my breath, after running up two steep inclines - I am definitely improving :-)

According to Lance (programmed into my nike plus) I ran my fastest mile today!

Distance: 5.47 km
Time: 37.14 min
Pace: 6.48 min/km
