Give up alcohol
I've been drinking much less, but haven't managed to keep off it completely
Practice yoga once a week
Nope. I wonder why not?
Walk 10,000 steps a day
Doing pretty well on this goal - using fitbug to track my progress
Yep - haven't missed a single day :-)
Doing quite well, but definite room for improvement.
