I do feel genuinely relaxed. I have achieved lots around the house (sorted kitchen, done all my washing and ironing), cleared up my bills and paperwork, updated flickr and livejournal, got my life back in order. And made great inroads on the crossstitch project.
I have walked most days and have started to sort out my diet. The big task I haven't finished or even started was to clear the filing cabinet, but perhaps that was to be expected!
I am in two minds about work. I know that I've had enough rest, because I genuinely want to get back and dive right back in. I have a week in Zürich and then go to Singapore for two weeks! I will be helping to develop a training concept for some staff there, based on our project in Poland. I am looking forward to it, not least because I will get some sun. Strangely, I am not too stressed about it. I choose to be optimistic about it :-)
On the other hand, I am concerned that I don't get back to work and fall into my usual habits of overworking. I want to change. We will see...
Resolution Update Week 1

3 out of 4 ain't bad... Actually, 3 out of 4 is very good. Again I am going to focus on the positive, what I have achieved, and not on what is missing, ie the filing cabinet!
And to end with, I have discovered the end of the internet!
