Running a long way at work | 1:18 (12.8km)

It was hot, hot, hot today and I struggled a bit with the running. I ran with my fast colleague and I wanted to see how the 10K would go. We started a bit fast, 1 km in 5min 13sec, but settled down to a km in 6 minutes. We had two walking breaks of a minute and in the end, we averaged 9.7km per hour. I just couldn't quite find the right tempo or rhythm, but was glad I managed over 12 kilometre! But boy, was it HOT!
