Running alone | 47 minutes (6.7 km)

I finally got my a** into gear today and went running at lunch time. I haven't been running for about 3 weeks - first I had a bad back, then it was TOTM, then last week I just didn't feel like doing anything. But this week I am going to attempt to run three times. I was due to run with a colleague, but they forgot their kit. It was good to run on my own, I could go my own speed and I was pretty slow, because it was HOT! I've decided though that I'm not very good at running solo, I do much better with someone else. katcolorado I miss you :-)
