Week 4: Weight Loss Challenge w/c June 13th

Thought I’d done really well this week – exercised 5 times, but I’ve basically stayed the same, now I’m 11,2 still and my weight hasn’t really shifted since I started this challenge. D*mn!
Then I really looked at the WLR website, and realised that most days I overshot my calories ! So, my goals this week are to:
  • Exercise 5 or 6 times

  • "Really" stick to calories

  • Drink less red wine

  • Drink more water

Can anyone loan me some motivation / good cheer please?
