Weight Update - 0.2 kg gained :-/

...but considering I spent the weekend in a spa hotel, where the food and alcohol was lovely, I am just glad i didn't put on more! I did less well on achieving my aerobic steps each day, so will try more this week!
+0.2 kg / overall -3.2 kg
