The "run fat bitch, run" book (a bit tongue in cheek) reminds me to get out for an hour, 3 times a week. If I can sit on the sofa watching crappy tv in the evening, then I can get out for an hour! Yesterday I walked a four mile lap in 56 minutes and today I used my new iphone running app - see below :-) Feel inspired also by the lighter evenings and spring weather!
