I didn’t track last week (totm) but have lost half a kilo in the last 2 weeks, so at least I haven’t gained. Will try and track weight this week as well as fitting in some exercise !

Tues: 1313 + 411 = 1724 | 1648 | 76 left (47: 12 run walk)
Weds: 1313 + 225 = 1539 | 1383 | 154 over (2 x 30 mins walk)
