Had another one-on-one yoga session tonight, which was great! My legs felt a bit stiff and it was harder work than usual, but then I've done no exercise this week at all :-( I discovered that I really need to work on my yogic breathing, but I had a high point when I managed to hold the crow for a second or so :-) I also figured out how to move from the plank into the upward facing dog, whilst not letting my legs drop.
