I lost a pound and a half this week, plus I exercised 5 times. I need to do more of the same this week I think! I am feeling a lot better about my body size and shape, and generally feeling a lot fitter, so that has to count for something!
Mon: 1100 + 317 (DVD) = 1417 | 1793 | 376 over (whoops, big curry night @ home! best guess at damage...)
Tues: 1100 + 333 (51 mins run & walk) = 1433 | 1325 | 107 under
Weds: 1100 + 363 (DVD) = 1463 | 1463 | 0 (probably not true, but i don't care!)
Thurs: 1100 - No exercise. Didn't record cals. Normal breakfast, cheese sandwhich, apple, left over curry portion (small), 1 beer, 2 glasses wine.
Fri: 1100 (37 mins run & walk) + 280 = 1380 | ? | ? (Gave up counting again)
Weekly total: 269 over & ?
Sat: 1100 (50 mins run & walk) + 329 = 1429 | ? | ?
Sun: 1100 (rest) Big Roast Lunch & lots of wine, yummy, but not good for the waistline :-)
