I'm flying!

Own up, Who winged me?! Thank you :-)
I've just noticed that my wings are suddenly colourful and fluttering again! I don't know who it was, but since most of my bc friends are also now journaleers and lj-ers, it seems a wise move to post here!

Running | 54.33

I did my normal lap today, it was colder and mistier than yesterday and the climb up the mountain has definitely got slippier. I think the snow compacts and gets really, really icy! But if felt good to be out running, I got into a comfortable relaxed rhythm and the run felt much easier than yesterday. Plus I was a few minutes quicker :-) So I'm now down to 54.33.

Next week - I'll aim to run three times and I'll keep the walking / running ratios the same:
* Walk briskly up to the bridge as a warm up (about 16 minutes)
* Run 3 minutes, walk 1 minute along and down the mountain to Albisguetli
* Take off snow heels!
* Run 3 minutes, walk 1 minute back along the concrete footpath to Triemli
If that goes well next week, I'll start doing 3.5 minutes to 1 minute, and I may even consider shortening my warm up - but this would mean running uphill :-(
