I'm really starting again! Week 1 | 11st 3lb | 12th Sept



Okay, so the diet starts again here. I’m going to track eveything on weightlossresources and try to stick to my limit of 1340 calories a day. I’m going to try and go for a strenous walk at least 4 times a week and I’ll make sure to eat the extra calories.

Mon: 1340 + 234 earned = 1573 | Eaten = 1572 | Net = 1 calorie over
Tues: 1340 | Eaten = 1318 | Net = 22 calories left
Weds: 1340 + 361 earned = 1701 | Eaten = 1526 | Net = 175 calories left
Thurs: 1340 + 428 earned = 1768 | Eaten = 1693 | Net = 75 calories left
Fri: 1340 + 130 earned = 1470 | Eaten = 1776 | Net = 306 calories over :-(
Sat: 1340 + 430 earned = 1743 | Eaten = 2070 | Net = 327 calories over :-(
Sun: 1340 + 681 earned = 2021 | Eaten = 1656 | Net = 365 left :-)
Weekly Net: 15 calories in credit!

I wonder if I will have lost any weight tomorrow ? I do hope so! I just ran a report on my 'favourite foods' and it makes for shocking reading.
- A Nice Cup of Tea is at No. 1 (well and good given my screen name)
- but rather worryingly, red wine clocks in at position 4 and bad things like chocolate biscuits, beer and whisky are also rather high on the list
- On the plus side, salad, grapes, kiwi and nectarines feature hightly! See below....

At 140 calories each, the Leibniz Pickup biscuits just AREN'T worth it!
Why did I eat a Snickers bar on Friday afternoon, and then come home and eat a Pickup? Why???!!!
