I love the efficiency of this place. I went to the Hauptbahnhof on Monday afternoon to renew my halbtax card for a year (gives you half price off railtravel and almost half price off Zurich city travel.) It took 2minutes and I got a provisional card. And today in the post (less than 2 days later) I got my permanent card. Somehow I can't remember this speed of service in the UK !!
