Yoga

The yoga studio has been enlarged, it's great :-) There's now a whole reception area and 2 changing rooms and the studio space is bigger. A good session tonight, I felt really stretched and we did a preparation for the handstand which involved climbing our feet up the wall like spiderman :-) It was fun, I love yoga! Still need to work on my breathing, but I'm so glad that this has become such an essential and lovely part of my week.
