New goal! Week 1 | March 10th

Alongside my new weight goal (to lose 6 kg by the summer) I aim to exercise 5 times a week:
3 runs (of which one with Katcolorado)
1 yoga session
1 other activity – Davina DVD or walk or skate or swim

I will update my activities here and will review progress after 5 weeks. Even in a bad week I’d like to achieve 3 sessions :-)

Mon: Running & Walking (76 minutes in total)
Tues: Davina DVD (47 minutes)
