Take exercise each day
2 hour walk along Sihl, behind Saalsporthalle and then up the Uetliberg, boy, are my legs tired :-)

Reflect on 5 positive things per day
1. Waking up feeling refreshed for a second day running!
2. Going out for a walk BEFORE turning my laptop on
3. Packing a book up as a RABCK for a certain bookcrosser (yes, you are on my flist!) *he he*
4. Mr ncot cooking supper (even if it was warming up my meal from yesterday
5. Having a productive day doing little jobs off my to do list
