1. Focus on completing dissertation
SO close... watch this space...

4. Take exercise each day
didn't get any exercise today :-(

5. Reflect on 5 positive things per day
1. getting a lovely email from my best mate sal
2. getting a "once in a blue moon" email from my dad (can't tell you how chuffed I was...)
3. Cooking a yummy veggie curry with Alan
4. Slobbing around the flat all day (in my jim jams....)
5. finishing the d word (whisper it quietly...it's not official until tomorrow... which is actually today, but you know what I mean...I'm going to bed and then it will be official.... :-)
