A very good yoga lesson last night. There were 3 of us, including a newbie. I did much better in contrast to last week, had lots more energy and strength. We did lots of poses to open up the chest and flatten the back and I find them really difficult. My yoga teacher said she could really see my progress over the last couple of weeks and then completely made my week by saying she thought I'd lost weight!
Felt quite tired and achy afterwards and am still feeling a bit stretched today, it was quite a hard session!
