Lent (24 & 25)

1. Focus on completing dissertation
Some reading yesterday and today

2. Watch less television
Figure skating with supper

3. Spend less time online
About normal

4. Take exercise each day
mr ncot and I went for a great walk along the Sihl river to my possible place of work. One route took 28 minutes, the other took 23 mintues, plus we worked out a backup bus route :-) Spring is definitely here, it was really warm and it "smelt" like spring!

5. Reflect on 5 positive things per day
1. Sorting and deleting some of my images and freeing up 1gb of hard drive!
2. Mr ncot and I cooking moussaka together on Saturday evening
3. Walking together on Sunday afternoon and talking about my possible new job
4. The wonderful relief when my painkillers kick in and I feel human again
5. Spring and that extra hour of sunshine!!
6. Being loved and cared for by my Mum :-) The photo below is her at 5!
