can't believe but I did nothing today. I'm very ashamed, what can I say? I'll do better tomorrow.

I did less well than yesterday, watched "Catch me if you can" on SF2 then a DVD from the rental shop
3. Spend less time online
Hmm... an average day.
4. Take exercise each day
A brilliant yoga session and I feel fab!
5. Reflect on 5 positive things per day
1. Going to yoga (see above and previous post!)
2. go to the Post Office (the parcels have been waiting all week!)
3. Had a great chat with my Uncle and Aunt in Canada (via Skype!)
4. Spent time with Alan this evening (admittedly watching TV) but it was really nice
5. Updated my cv and sent off the UBS application
