Running | 38.48

I upped the ante today and ran for 4.5 minutes followed by a minute running, but bizarrely enough this didn't get me round the course any quicker! Although I could tell that I was covering more ground more quickly! Maybe the last time was wrong.... Anyway, my legs felt good and I managed the extra 30 seconds fine. Will try and run again this week on Friday and Saturday.
