Running | 51.43

It snowed last night, so running was a lot easier today, as there was fresh snow over the ice. The snow on the trees was dripping down on me, so all in all it was a bit of a soggy run :-) I upped my running segment to 3.5 minutes running followed by 1 minute walking and this felt really good. I must remember that when it's cold outside and I don't feel like running, that actually I warm up really quickly and it feels brilliant to be out and running on the mountain! Will try and run again on Thursday this week.
