Week 17 | 10st 5lb | Jan 2nd




Well, the Christmas and PMT weight has come off. I’ll be back to a normal routine this week, and will try and fit in some exercise so that I can shake off the final 5 or so pounds!


Weds: 1hr 3mins walk / run
Thurs: 1hr run / walk
Fri: Snowboarding 3 hours
Sat: 1hr run / walk
Sun: 1hr run / walk
